We keep things simple, sustainable and rooted in Bristol’s independent makers. Every cup, every bake, every crumpet tells a story of quality, care and community.
Whether you’ve just finished a class, are meeting a friend, or are simply passing by, The Nook is the perfect place to stop for a coffee and take a moment.

Triple Co Roast Coffee
We proudly serve Triple Co Roast, a Bristol roastery known for its commitment to sustainability, transparency and exceptional flavour.
They develop Colombian and Brazilian speciality coffee, roasted in small batches and sourced through direct, ethical relationships with farmers.
At The Nook we use pods intentionally - they allow us to serve premium, ethically sourced coffee with minimal waste and maximum consistency in our compact space.
Expect smooth Colombian notes, rich Brazilian depth, and a cup that feels crafted, not convenient.

Our cakes and bakes come from Edgie Eats, a Henleaze cake maker and baker with a heart‑led story. Their ethos mirrors ours:

Sourced via our partners at Triple Co Roast, our teas honour ethical sourcing, natural flavour, and the quiet ritual of a well‑made cup. Each blend is crafted from high‑quality leaves and botanicals, chosen for their clean flavour profiles and gentle, grounding character.
