The Haven was created to offer a welcoming wellbeing space, where high‑quality teaching meets genuine community.
Wellbeing isn’t a luxury - it’s a rhythm, a practice, a way of living with more ease. Our approach blends movement, breath, strength, and restoration, led by instructors who teach with depth, care, and integrity.
This is a place to build strength, soften stress and reconnect with yourself - at your pace, your way.
Life doesn’t get easier. You grow.

The Haven was founded by Eva and Tilly. Two colleagues from the corporate world with very different journeys in their own wellbeing with a common belief that looking after your own wellbeing isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Having run many businesses previously, we are hoping to bring you the very best wellbeing experience in the heart of Stoke Bishop for the whole community.
Introducing
The Haven Foundation
We are in the process of setting up a not-for-profit charity, created to make wellbeing accessible for everyone. The Foundation will help us support wellbeing initiatives across the city, backing our commitment to ensuring movement, rest and connection are available to all.
